Telephone Banking gives you up-to-date information about activity in any of your First State Bank accounts, at any time, by simply calling 888-775-2265. Available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  Mobile banking is also an option.

First time users – Telephone Banking is easy to set up:

  1. Call 888-775-2265
  2. Press 1 for account information
  3. Enter your account number (checking, savings, certificate, or loan)
  4. When prompted, identify the account type you entered
  5. Enter the 6 digit Password you selected when you opened your account at the branch. (which you can later change)
  6. You’re in. Follow the instructions to obtain your information
