Duties
- Match customer needs with bank products and services
- Ability to cross-sell bank products and services
- Provide accurate, friendly, and professional service to customers through their daily transactions
- Assist with the daily operations of the teller/ATM areas
- Protect the bank's assets by following security and compliance policies
- Other duties as assigned
Experience Required
- Six months to one year related job experience
- Cash handling experience
- Customer service experience
Education Required
- High school diploma or equivalency (GED)
Schedule: Hours will vary
Bank working hours – you may be scheduled to work any of the following days:
Monday – Wednesday: 8:30 am to 4:30 pm
Thursday – Friday: 8:30 am to 7:30 pm
Saturday: 8:30 am to 12:00 pm
