The Branch Manager leads and directs all sales and service activities as well as business development to achieve desired results in deposit and customer relationship growth, retention, revenue, market share, and customer/employee satisfaction.

Duties

  • Oversee, manage, coach and participate in sales activities and development, expansion and management of consumer and business account relationships within a branch
  • Deliver business plan growth and income objectives, ensuring the branch meets and exceed established sales and revenue goals
  • Participate in community organizations and activities to enhance the company's image and promote and develop additional referral sources and business
  • Manage service levels against customers expectations and needs
  • Provide management direction to foster effective development and reward of subordinates while contributing to initiatives in support of the company's diversity program
  • Ensure suitability of the branch environment for business, including appearance, staffing, and collateral
  • Ensure compliance monitoring is in place, including processes for management of operational risk, in accordance with company and regulatory standards

Experience Required

  • Four to six years job related experience
  • Must possess strong sales planning and management, leadership, coaching, customer service, communications and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to provide robust activity management principles to drive daily sales activity
  • Negotiating and networking skills
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to handle various tasks simultaneously
  • Excellent supervisory skills
  • Knowledge of MS Office, Excel and Outlook

Education Required

  • Associate's Degree for specific program, or
  • 2 full years of college/business, or
  • Recent and continuing progress toward achieving an educational degree or certificate

Schedule: Hours will vary

Monday - Thursday: 8:00 am to 4:30 pm

Friday: 8:00 am to 6:30 pm

Saturday: 8:00 am to 12:30 pm
